On August 29th, during a turf trial at Conghua over 1000m, the horse was urged forward and showed decent movement. This is its seasonal debut. A previous barrier trial revealed it hadn’t fully extended itself. Another trial over 1200m on the Sha Tin turf saw it receive a one-pound weight reduction but draw an outside barrier. The plan for this race is to settle back in the field, however, its finishing kick was not as strong as rivals and the overall form isn't encouraging despite comparable sectionals within the group; it’s unlikely to feature prominently."
