Seven days ago, this horse ran poorly over a Sha Tin 1400m turf track, with a slow jump and settling towards the rear. It made a mid-race effort but faded. Racing again in two weeks, dropping back to run its first local dirt trial over 1200m, it will carry an additional 20 pounds this time and is expected to settle at the back of the field. However, its finishing kick was not competitive enough against rivals. Despite having five wins from fourteen starts over this distance, the overall timing isn't significantly different among competitors, and there doesn’t appear to be a clear tactical plan for this race.
