This is his debut run this season; he’s had one barrier trial showing slight improvement. Switching to Happy Valley over 1200m now for his first attempt at this distance, carrying a 1lb deduction in weight. The distance may not suit him, resulting in an unfavorable setup. Despite potential early speed, the barrier draw is decent but finishing kick can only be assessed as a trial run.
