On September 18th, a dirt trial over 1200m at Conghua saw the horse finish in sections of 3-3-6 with light urging. Progress was limited. On September 8th, a turf trial over 1000m at Conghua proved a more serious test, running with a good stride. This is the debutant’s first run as a new winner, having commenced training in Hong Kong in early January. Two barrier trials this season have yielded less-than-ideal results; exhibiting high and erratic footwork. Doesn't appear to be a speed horse, lacking obvious acceleration. For its debut race, it’s advisable to observe one performance first.
