On September 18th, a dirt trial over 1200m at Conghua saw the horse take difficult jump out and make ground from 300m mark. Returning after a long break, this is his seasonal debut. One barrier trial was completed with slight improvement shown. He needs to carry six pounds more in this race. Despite having some form over this distance, the competition within the group is strong. A hold-up tactic is expected, relying on a finishing kick which appears to be the strongest amongst his rivals. Compared to other horses, he possesses a noticeable strength advantage, however, the barrier draw isn’t ideal and a trailing position is anticipated.
