Three weeks ago, this horse ran poorly in a dirt mile, settling well but fading badly and finishing far back. A subsequent turf trial over 1600m sees the horse with a three-pound weight reduction, however, the form is unfavourable. Despite drawing an inside barrier and being similarly timed to other horses in the group, a hold-up strategy will be employed as it doesn't appear to be a leading contender this time.
