On September 26th, a turf trial over 1600m at Conghua saw the horse needing urging throughout, displaying significant laziness and only maintaining pace. On September 4th, a dirt trial over 1200m at Conghua also required prompting with no noticeable response. This is its debut run as a new winner; it began training after arriving in Hong Kong in late August last year. It has had two barrier trials this season without impressive displays, exhibiting low leg action and appearing suitable for distances up to a mile, but consistently showing unwillingness to accelerate even with urging—very lazy overall. For this first start, it’s recommended to observe one race first.
