On March 10th, the horse displayed a strong performance in a dirt trial over 1200m (sections: 1-1-1), finishing powerfully. Previously on September 12th at Conghua, during a turf trial also over 1200m, he ran mid-pack between third and fourth positions maintaining an even pace. After a period of rest, this is his seasonal debut. Two barrier trials have been completed showing improvement. Switching to a dirt track over 1200m for the first time, running this distance for the first time, he benefits from a one-pound weight reduction. The current distance may not suit him and has drawn an outside barrier requiring a backmarker strategy; however, his finishing speed wasn't as strong as rivals, presenting a disadvantageous position. Despite this, trainer and jockey are confident in their preparation and believe the horse is ready to perform.
