SILVERY BREEZE

On November 27th (Conghua dirt trial 1200m: 5-5-4), the horse broke slightly slowly and was held back during the trial, not fully tested. Five weeks ago over the same distance, it showed strong performance, jumping moderately but settling towards the rear before finishing with a fast final two sections to secure second place, beaten by half a length. A recent barrier trial displayed satisfactory form. This time, it carries only a 3lb penalty, posts good section times within its group and draws a favorable barrier. The horse is expected to settle back in the field and utilize a strong finishing kick – being the strongest closer in the group. Given its ability, it’s definitely a major contender in this race; trainer and jockey have mutual trust, suggesting potential for a reversal of form.
