Four weeks prior, in a similar dirt trial, it showed reasonable performance but was slow to jump and settled towards the rear, maintaining an even pace while responding when asked. A previous barrier trial did not meet expectations. This time, with a two-pound weight reduction and unfavorable timing compared to its group, the horse faces a challenging scenario despite securing an inside barrier; opportunities appear limited.
