On February 12th, a dirt trial over 1200m at Conghua saw the horse travel along the rail and maintain a comfortable pace. Five weeks ago, in a dirt mile race, it delivered a strong performance, jumping moderately and settling towards the back before making good ground in the final two sections to finish fourth, beaten three lengths. A subsequent barrier trial showed adequate form. Another turf trial over 1800m at Happy Valley is next, where it will race without any weight penalty. The trial times of its group were unremarkable, presenting a disadvantageous situation. Despite potential early speed and a favorable barrier draw, prospects appear limited.
