Last run winner, three weeks ago over the same distance, displayed excellent form. Slow to jump, settled towards the rear, maintained a steady pace throughout, and finished strongly to win. This race requires carrying seven pounds more weight than last time; the current conditions are not favorable, with a poor barrier draw. Adopting a hold-up strategy could make it difficult to close the gap on rivals in the final stages. Trainer/jockey combination isn’t ideal, however, the horse has two previous wins at this distance with respectable times, so a chance remains.
