BLUE ILLUSION

Two weeks ago, this horse performed poorly in a sprint race, tiring towards the end with an even pace and lackluster running. Returning to Happy Valley on a shorter distance, the time difference in the field put him at a disadvantage and his finishing kick was slightly lacking. The relationship between the jockey and trainer is not particularly harmonious; however, he has a good record and an advantageous draw this time, so caution is advised.
