4/24 (Dirt trial 1200m: 4-6-6) Smoothly tracked during the turn. Five weeks ago, in a similar race, he showed decent form; though slow out of the gate and trailing, he accelerated in the middle section and chased powerfully down the straight over two furlongs. A recent trial run did not match his pace. Having lost all four previous races, his current prospects are challenging; while the jockey and trainer partnership isn't outstanding, his ability to track runners is noted, and he possesses the strongest finishing kick in his group with a respectable time. It's not surprising if he underperforms.
