Four weeks ago, in the same race, its performance was not bad. It jumped out slowly and settled towards the rear, maintaining a steady pace before gradually closing in in the final stages. Fortunately, it was not too far behind, finishing only two and a half lengths off the winner. This time there is a two-pound allowance, and it has won twice over this distance, with its rating still considered acceptable. Drawing a good barrier, the jockey has some understanding of the horse's nature, and its form continues to improve. Although the circumstances might not be ideal, running from behind where its finishing kick may not match that of its rivals, and the jockey/trainer pairing is not particularly in sync, this race might be suitable as a secondary pick.
