Ten days ago, this horse performed excellently over 1600m on Sha Tin turf, holding his ground but showing a weakening late run, finishing in the dead last position, though beaten only by three lengths. Returning to Happy Valley over a mile, this horse has won three of his thirteen starts with acceptable times. With favorable draw and continued good morning work, even if the race situation isn't perfect or the finishing kick is slightly lacking, he remains a contender for a placing.
