Three weeks ago, this horse had a sluggish performance in the straight race, slow at the start and settling back, running at an even pace throughout with a mediocre run. In his trial on the Sha Tin turf over 1200m, he is carrying an extra pound this time. The circumstances are slightly unfavorable, and his closing speed was somewhat lacking; the jockey and trainer do not appear to have a strong synergy.
