He tried over 1400m on Sha Tin turf previously, but this distance did not suit him. In the group race, he was disadvantaged by time differences and unfavorable draw, having to compete from behind. His finishing kick may not match his rivals. The jockey and trainer coordination was not ideal, but he benefits from a four-pound weight allowance in this race, so it is not out of the question.
