12/6 (Sha Tin turf trial 1200m: 9-9-8) Lacks early speed, closes strongly but recovers little ground at the finish. Two months ago in a short Happy Valley run, performance was poor; slow to leave the starting gates and ran from off the pace with a mediocre overall pace, showing an uninspiring run. A recent trial showed no improvement. In a return run over Sha Tin turf 1200m, the time difference with others in the group was disadvantageous, and the positioning wasn't ideal, requiring him to stay off the pace. His finishing kick was inferior to his rivals, and the jockey/trainer partnership does not appear particularly harmonious; chances are low.
