Four weeks ago, he ran over a Happy Valley mile and showed disappointing form; while capable of getting away, his late run weakened. A recent trial met expectations. In a return run over Sha Tin 1200m, his positioning was not ideal and his late drive was somewhat lacking; the combination of jockey and trainer was not perfect. However, he can run close to the leaders, has won twice in previous races, and must be taken seriously.
