Six weeks ago, the horse underperformed in a Happy Valley mile over the turf, finishing with a steady pace but unremarkable movement, ultimately beaten by three and a half lengths despite not being far behind. Running over 1600m on Sha Tin turf, it suffered three consecutive losses; its time figures were weak, and the situation was not favorable with a disadvantageous draw and slightly inferior finishing kick. Furthermore, the jockey-trainer combination was not ideal, though the 10lb weight reduction this time warrants caution.
