12/6 (Sha Tin turf barrier trial 1200m: 1-1-7) aggressively took the lead, and settled easily in the straight. Five weeks ago, this horse ran over a Happy Valley 1200m with decent form. He was slow to jump out, settled in the rear, maintained a steady pace, and made up significant ground in the final stages. Fortunately, he wasn't far behind, losing only half a length. In a recent trial run, he did not fully exert himself. Returning to Sha Tin over 1200m, conditions were not particularly favorable; his late surge was slightly less effective. The jockey and trainer partnership did not show any outstanding synergy. Based on his 3 wins in 17 starts and favorable draw, he is considered capable, but there are no obvious strong indications.
