On 25/06, in a dirt trial over 1200m (1-1-1), the horse looked to steal the lead and pulled away on the straight. Five weeks ago, in the same race, it performed excellently, tracking close to the leaders and finishing as runner-up. It was not too far behind, beaten only half a length, indicating a high standard. A recent barrier trial shows improvement. In this race, having won twice previously and running in the group at the best time, the form seems compatible. Its early speed is sufficient to actively contest positions, and based on overall assessment, it ranks highly in the field. The jockey and trainer appear to be well-matched, and its form is stable; even if it carries an extra 12 pounds this time and the closing burst is slightly weaker, it should still be considered a serious contender.
