Four weeks ago, this horse performed exceptionally well in a race run alongside the group, holding his position and steadily progressing along the way before making up some ground in the final stages to finish fourth. Fortunately, he was not far behind, losing only a half length. This race features a two-pound weight reduction, and his racing time in this group is acceptable; the jockey and trainer's partnership is decent. Despite a string of five losses, lack of tactical advantage in the prevailing conditions, and poor draw, he is still considered a contender.
