Three months ago, in the same race, his performance was considered good; he tracked the leaders from a favorable position and finished only half a length behind. A recent trial showed acceptable form. In this race, he carries two pounds less, has two wins in this trip, and his time performance is decent. With an advantageous draw, if he adopts a stalking race tactic, his late burst of speed is strong among the competitors. The jockey has a good handle on this horse, and his recent demeanor is positive; even if the conditions aren't ideal, he should be in contention for a placing.
