Making his seasonal debut, the horse ran exceptionally well over 1400m on Sha Tin turf eight weeks ago. He tracked the leaders from a good position, showing acceptable late-stage momentum to finish as runner-up, beaten by only three and a half lengths. In his subsequent attempt over 1200m on Sha Tin turf, the circumstances were unfavorable, and his draw was not ideal. His closing speed was slightly lacking, and the synergy between jockey and trainer was not perfect; however, given his prior record and decent time shown in this effort, high expectations are unwarranted.
