Three weeks ago, over this same distance, the horse performed well despite a slow start, settling towards the rear. It showed a strong late run to finish third, beaten three and a half lengths – a respectable showing. This time, no additional weight will be carried. The plan is again to settle towards the back, however, its finishing kick isn’t expected to match rivals. While it has performed well over this distance previously, the competition is closely matched and although drawing a favorable barrier, there doesn't seem to be a clear tactical advantage.
