CHARITY FOR ALL (H417): Slow to begin. Near the 600 Metres when racing tight to the inside of STRIVE FOR GLORY was steadied and then ran out across the heels of STRIVE FOR GLORY and was checked.
GRAND NOVA (J323): After mounting H Bowman was dislodged in the Parade Ring without incident. Jumped only fairly. Near the 600 Metres was checked to avoid CHARITY FOR ALL. When commencing to finish the race off well became held up for clear running behind GREAT ACHIEVER over the final 100 Metres and as a result could not be tested to the finish of the event. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
SERGEANT PEPPER (E432): Sent for sampling post-race.
FAIRY HORSE (J144): Jumped only fairly. Near the 500 Metres was steadied to avoid STRIVE FOR GLORY.
STRIVE FOR GLORY (D186): Jumped awkwardly. Approaching the winning post FAIRY HORSE (A Atzeni) improved into a narrow run between STRIVE FOR GLORY and MA COMET and then was taken in slightly when MA COMET was crowded by LEAN MASTER (H Bentley). A Atzeni was advised to exercise more care to ensure that there is sufficient racing room when he improved into runs. H Bentley was advised he must stop riding and straighten when his mounts shift ground when not clear to do so. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
GREAT ACHIEVER (J049): After the race, Z Purton stated that his mount, which was racing in blinkers for the first time, over-raced badly throughout the early and middle stages and got its head up when being positioned close to LEAN MASTER. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
LEAN MASTER (H134): Shifted in on jumping and was bumped.
CIRCUIT SEVEN (D474): Bumped at the start. Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
GORGEOUS VITALITY (G051): Sent for sampling post-race.
