On March 27th, the horse completed a dirt trial over 1200m in sections of 1-1-4, maintaining a good pace with urging from the jockey and showing decent speed. Five weeks prior, over the same distance, it ran disappointingly, slow out of the gate and settling towards the back with an even tempo but no finishing kick, resulting in a significant loss. A subsequent trial showed moderate performance. This horse is resuming after its import to Hong Kong and will carry 20 pounds more this time. Having previously won twice over this distance, it's capable of tracking the pace from a good position. The inside barrier draw is favorable. Jerry Chau takes the ride; though he has limited knowledge of the horse’s capabilities, the unfavorable timing and lack of trainer-jockey synergy present challenges.
