Five weeks ago, this horse ran well over a Sha Tin 1400m, jumping moderately and settling towards the back before making up ground with fast sections in the final two furlongs. He finished fifth, beaten three and a half lengths. In a subsequent trial over 1200m at Sha Tin, he received a two-pound weight reduction but recorded slower times compared to other horses in his group, appearing disadvantaged. Prospects for improvement seem limited.
