In a subsequent trial at Happy Valley over 1200m, it is set to carry one pound more in this race and has drawn a poor barrier, requiring a hold-up strategy. However, its finishing kick isn’t competitive enough against rivals, creating an unfavorable situation; despite similar times within the group, late gate work offers little chance of success.
