Two weeks ago, over the same distance, this horse performed well despite a slow jump, settling towards the rear. The pace was steady but showed a good late run to finish third, beaten by only half a length. This time with an eleven-pound weight reduction, although having won four races in sixteen attempts over this course and distance, its overall time is reasonable. It should be able to secure a good position tracking the leaders; the form appears sound. The horse is showing signs of tension but lacks a strong finishing kick, suggesting it's best suited as a supporting player.
