Another Happy Valley mile trial followed; this race sees no weight reduction. Despite having previous form over this distance and good times within its group, it has potential to track the leaders. It can follow a fast pace with a strong finishing kick compared to other horses in the field – overall, it appears superior to competitors. The jockey has some familiarity with the horse’s capabilities, showing morning improvement, but drew a poor barrier which is unfavorable. Trainer-jockey synergy is lacking; hoping for a good run nonetheless.
