He showed a strong late run, finishing within two lengths of the winner in fifth place. Now stepping up to a Happy Valley mile for its first attempt, it will carry a 2lb weight reduction but the distance is not ideal, resulting in an unfavourable situation despite drawing a good barrier. A hold-up tactic is anticipated as it needs to finish strongly, and Andrea Atzeni takes the ride with some familiarity of the horse's capabilities.
