Five weeks ago, this horse performed well over a Sha Tin 1400m race, jumping slowly and settling towards the rear. He made a good move in the middle stages and maintained a strong gallop. Now stepping up to a Sha Tin mile for the first time, he benefits from a two-pound weight reduction and the distance increase is expected to suit. A forward run is anticipated with favourable conditions and has been seen working well leading up to the race. If jumping cleanly, a prominent position should be achievable.
