Two weeks ago, over the same distance, this horse performed very well, jumping slowly and settling towards the rear before making a strong late run in the final two sections. This time with a three-pound weight reduction, but unfavorable section times, a hold-up tactic is likely. However, its finishing kick may not be enough to beat the opposition and the overall situation isn’t ideal. Despite having won twice over this distance previously, drawing an inside barrier, the horse appears active in trackwork but chances appear limited.
