On June 26th, the horse completed a dirt trial over 1050m in running positions of 7-7-3, settling towards the rear early on and circling wide before making a strong effort along the straight. Four weeks ago in its last run over the same distance, the performance was below expectations; it jumped slowly and settled back in the field but showed a good late surge. A recent barrier trial indicated some improvement. This time with a 2lb weight reduction, having previously secured two wins at this distance and recording comparable times within its group, drawing an inside barrier, it’s expected to settle towards the rear and rely on a strong finishing kick which is its strongest asset compared to rivals. With its current form and preparation, it's considered a leading contender in this race and appears well-prepared for success.
