Four weeks ago, over the same distance, despite being able to lead, the pace was steady and lacked strength, finishing third beaten two and a half lengths. This time he carries only a 2lb penalty, having won four of eleven races at this course and distance with comparable times within the field. He has strong early speed potential and is a higher-caliber contender compared to other runners, showing good current form. Despite drawing an outside barrier which isn't ideal considering his finishing kick, a clean break and intention to lead are expected.
