On August 26th, (dirt trial 1200m: 8-8-8) travelled wide throughout and lost ground tracking the field. This is the horse’s debut run this season; a recent barrier trial showed he struggled to keep pace with the others. Stepping up in class, returning to Sha Tin for its first turf mile race, it will carry 20 pounds less this time. The horse has four wins from eight starts over this distance, with good times recorded by its stablemates. Drawing an inside barrier is advantageous. A jockey change sees Keith Yeung take the ride, and he appears to have some understanding of the horse’s ability. Training is active; however, even if held up for a late run, it's finishing kick isn’t as strong as rivals, and trainer-jockey combination seems inconsistent.
