On August 29th, during a dirt trial at Conghua over 1200m (sections: 8-6-2), the horse settled mid-pack and finished second after being urged in the final stages. This is its first run of the season. A barrier trial was conducted with acceptable performance. After arriving from pre-training, it trialled on Sha Tin turf over 1400m. For this race, the horse will carry an additional thirteen pounds. It has three previous wins at this distance and recorded the fastest time among its group. Drawing an inside barrier is advantageous. Compared to other competitors, it possesses a higher level of ability. Trainer and jockey are in agreement regarding the horse's potential. Despite needing to settle towards the rear, its finishing kick may not be as strong as rivals, making the situation less favorable for contention. It’s considered a key contender.
