On August 29th (dirt trial 1200m: 6-5-8), the horse showed a flat effort on the straight, gradually dropping back. This is its seasonal debut after one barrier trial where it failed to keep pace with the leaders. It benefits from a one-pound weight reduction this time; although having secured two wins over this distance previously and running in a good group timing, drawing a favorable barrier, trainer and jockey maintain mutual trust, however, the current form appears unfavorable and it may be slow out of the gate.
