THRIVING BROTHERS

On August 30th (turf trial 1000m: 5-8-6), the horse was calm in the early stages, responding well to urging over the final two furlongs. This is his seasonal debut and he has undergone one barrier trial without showing significant promise. He carries no additional weight this time; while having some form over this distance, the times of horses in the same group are not particularly strong. The barrier draw is favorable, but a hold-up tactic will be employed. However, his finishing kick isn’t expected to match rivals and the overall situation is unfavorable - a trailing position is advised.
