August 29th (dirt trial 1050m: 3-4-7) showed a flat run down the straight with an awkward gait. On April 7th (dirt trial 1200m: 1-1-4), he set a fast pace in the first two sections before flattening out towards the finish. A further trial on June 17th (dirt trial 1200m: 4-6-7) saw him trailing at the rear throughout after circling wide. Returning from a long break, this is his seasonal debut. Three trials have not yielded impressive results. Switching to Sha Tin over 1200m for his first attempt at this distance, he carries no additional weight but faces unfavorable conditions due to the trip. Even with an inside draw, he's likely being used as a trial run.
