On August 29th (dirt trial 1200m: 2-2-1), the horse travelled well, covering the first two sections quickly and sprinting to the finish line. Returning from a break, this is his seasonal debut. He has shown improvement in a recent barrier trial. Stepping back onto Sha Tin turf over 1200m, he will carry one pound more this time. He has previous form over this distance and ran comparable times to horses in the same group. Drawing a good barrier gives him opportunity to lead, and overall appears to be stronger than most of his rivals; a clean break and an intent to take the early lead should see him perform well.
