On September 8th, a turf trial over 1000m at Conghua saw the horse settle mid-field with an easy pace. This is its seasonal debut following one previous barrier trial where it struggled to keep up with the pace. A second turf trial over 1200m at Sha Tin, this time carrying a four-pound weight reduction and clocking good sectionals within its group, draws an inside barrier—a favorable position. Given the horse’s ability, it is considered a strong contender in this race. Andrea Atzeni takes the ride; however, despite potential for a hold-up strategy, finishing speed may not match rivals, and trainer/jockey synergy appears lacking with unpredictable performance expected.
