On September 19th, the horse recorded a fast opening two sections in a dirt trial over 1200m but softened in the straight. On August 29th, during a turf trial at Conghua over 1000m, it showed moderate performance with some urging from the jockey. This is its seasonal debut and has completed two satisfactory barrier trials. The horse will race after being transferred to Hong Kong, needing to carry 18 pounds more this time. It's in a good group with competitive times and drew an inside barrier; a hold-up strategy is expected given its strong finishing kick. The trainer and jockey appear to have confidence in each other and the horse seems well-conditioned.
