On September 18th, a dirt trial at Conghua over 1050m saw the horse finish 2nd-2nd-3rd, with a clear run in the final 300 meters and a reasonable performance. Three weeks ago, over the same distance, the horse ran well, settling comfortably tracking the leaders, making a move in the middle stages and maintaining a good pace to finish fourth, beaten three and a half lengths. A recent barrier trial was satisfactory. This time, with a one-pound weight reduction and competitive section times, the horse has drawn a favorable barrier. The trainer and jockey are working well together; however, even if held up for a late run, the finishing kick is unlikely to match rivals, making the situation less advantageous.
