On September 18th, in a dirt trial at Conghua over 1200m (sections of 9-9-9), the horse was gradually left behind with no apparent speed. This is the horse’s first run this season and he has only had one barrier trial which wasn't sufficient preparation. Body weight has decreased significantly by 42 pounds, and there will be a four-pound deduction for this race. The time recorded in his group was unremarkable, and drawing an outside barrier presents a disadvantage – it doesn’t appear to have a winning strategy.
