Two barrier trials have been undertaken but failed to reach desired progress. No additional weight will be carried this time, despite having previous form over this distance and respectable times amongst its group. An advantageous barrier draw has been secured allowing it to track the pace. The horse possesses a clear advantage in this race; the jockey knows the horse’s temperament well. However, it lacks a strong finishing kick and there is limited synergy between horse and trainer, suggesting a more conservative approach may be suitable.
