On September 26th, in a Conghua turf trial over 1000m (recorded times of 2-2-1), the horse tracked the leaders and moved forward steadily upon turning for home. This is its seasonal debut. After one barrier trial, it showed slight improvement. Another dirt trial over Happy Valley’s 1200m was completed previously; this time it benefits from a one-pound weight reduction. However, it has failed to win in six attempts at this distance and the overall timing of its competition isn't strong, resulting in an unfavorable situation. The trainer-jockey combination is not ideal, but the horse appears willing to take the lead. Given the favorable barrier draw and jockey’s ability to control the pace, it is showing increasing fitness with each run; a clean break should allow it to contend for a forward position without difficulty.
